Dancing i justl love dancing and for me it keeps me fit!! I also love walking with my baby on the farm!!
I'm a bad dancer but I think dance video games like Dance Dance Revolution and Dance Central are fun. One girl lost 95 pounds playing Dance Dance Revolution because the songs are fast and if you don't keep up with the arrows, you lose.
I haven't played Dance Dance Revolution in months because my new furniture arrangement doesn't allow room for the dance mat, but I want to go back to it when I get another place.[/quote
ACSAPA i have never heard of the Dance Dance Revolution, but it sounds verry interesting!! Will find out if i can get it here in South Africa!!
Great thread to start in a baking forum haha!Personally, I love weight lifting and yoga. How about everyone else?
Working out has always been an issue for me, because I never enjoyed it, until I got the kids a WII. I lost so much weight by playing Just Dance, Just Dance 3 is my favorite of all. It's so much fun you hardly realize your arms and legs are burning, and you are dripping in sweat. The game also has a special feature that counts how many calories you are burning by doing the dances, which is even more incentive to keep dancing!
I know what you mean. I feel the same way about Dance Central and Dance Dance Revolution.
Before you know it, you've been dancing for two hours. It's so much fun that you don't even notice the time flying by.
Dance Dance Revolution! I totally forgot about that game, I used to play it like ten years ago with the mats that plugged into the original Xbox system. I was still in high-school, my friends and I used to stay up all night playing Dance Dance Revolution, and then we would go to school the next day with shin splints.
I'm a J-pop fan so I like the Japanese music selections on the PS2 version of Dance Dance Revolution but I also have the Xbox version and the Xbox 360 version. That's a lot of dance mats. Someone needs to invent a universal dance mat.
