It depend largely on whether we are on a cycle tour (then no, not in the all out way) or on a self catering holiday.
On a cycle tour, we cook our meals, but we don't 'cook' anything other than 1 pot meals because we are using our camping stove which is a single gas burner, but it is surprising what you can actually cook on that single ring.
On a self-catering holiday, then yes we cook. We cook as though we were at home and nothing is any different! For us, food is just as important on holiday as it is at home, so we see no reason as to why it should be any different. Did that make any sense?
