Instant Pudding in Cookie Dough

Today, I baked Chewy Chocolate Chip Sugar Cookies. Turned out pretty good. No one complained yet anyway. Taking some to church tomorrow.

Oh they look yummy. Turning sugar cookies into chocolate chip is a nice touch.

Thinking about trying sprinkles and maybe pecans or some kind of nuts.

They look fantastic! Pecans sound like they would be a great addition.

This afternoon I baked Peanut Butter and Banana cookies with Chocolate Chips

Today is Saturday and it’s time for my baking therapy. I just finished baking Pistachio Cookies.

Yum, they look delicious! I love pistachios in anything. I tried some pistachio butter the other day (like peanut butter but with pistachios instead) and it was delicious, but there's something weird about the bright green colour!

Yummy. That’s my favorite cookie combination Stan! I actually grind up some old-fashioned oatmeal into a powder and replace some of the flour with it. Adds a nice flavor.

Today was a very cold day. I decided to bake Pumpkin Spice Cookies rolled with cinnamon and sugar. Not too bad.
