Hiding Veggies in Baked Goods

With the way we eat now, all my recipes have whole foods in them. Maybe if you think outside the box and look for paleo recipes or vegan etc for some ideas. I'm not into specific diets, I just eat real food, but these ways of eating have tons of really creative ways of making desserts I never would have thought of.. and they're healthy!

You can add practically anything into a pasta sauce and pasta, from carrots, celery, onions and garlic, to stuff like squash and zucchini as well. Especially if it is something like a ravioli, manicotti or lasagna. Strombolis and Calzones work too. Carrot cake and Zucchini bread are no brainers.

You can even put spinach into the pasta itself if you like to make you own home made pasta.

A chili or minestrone are other easy ones.
