Do you have certain days for baking, or just when the mood arises?

I like easier recipes myself, but for big event like a reunion or a picnic/general gathering of a lot of folks I don't mind taking the extra mile so I seem like that "awesome chef who always brings good dishes" haha. Most people I know don't cook or even bake, so I like being the one who presents them with dishes they wouldn't normally eat too.

I'd really like to try your banana bread. Sounds wonderful if you feel you perfected it. I always like to eat food at the top of other peoples' games. It always tastes the best.
