Hello World!

[Brownie Boy]

Hello everyone! I'm a 14 year old boy and come from London, and I've decided to take up baking as a new hobby. I was hoping to have an online community to help me through this new hobby, and to help me not give up. So here I am!

I've baked a few plain sponge cakes and made white bread - although with a very dense center - a few times, but that's pretty much it. I was hoping to ask if any of you guys could give me a few tips and hints.

Thats pretty much the story of Brownie Boy!

Sounds like you're off to a great start, it's always a good idea to start with more simple things so that you get a feel for ingredients and techniques. Are you planning on making brownies or are you just a fan of them?

Sounds good Are you a fan of cakey brownies or fudgey brownies? I like the fudgey ones best, I always go for ones from the middle of the pan!
