What are good recipe's for expecting mothers?

I figured this was the right place in the forum for this topic, I hope I was not wrong. A fellow member is expecting and has found some good recipe's for lactation cookies. Does anyone else have any other recipe's that helped them with the child's development when they were expecting? I will post a separate thread for post birth recipe's.
