I peeled and froze the bananas over the past couple weeks as they became too ripe to eat. Now I've thawd them and there's a bunch of liquid in the ziplock along with the bananas, as if all the water in them came out or something. Can I still use it for the banana bread? And if so, should I use the bnananas AND liquid or just the solid parts?

Thanks

yes always use the liquid. But heat and reduce like in this recipe.
