Used plain flour instead of self raising!

I've just put 2 tea bracks in the oven and realised i used plain flour instead of self raising! Too late to rescue them.. can i make something else out of this mess?!

Ohhh no! Unfortunately once the batter is mixed and in the oven there’s not much you can do. It’s too late to mix in leavening.

Try turning it into a bread pudding. Google fruit cake bread pudding to find a recipe that might appeal to you.
