This round thing called Hopia

Hopia is a Chinese bread with fillings. It comes in different shapes and sizes but the original size is the round one of about 3 inches in diameter. The bread is kind of different like it is fiber in texture that when you bite will show the filings inside. The best filling for us is mung beans but there's also gourd and some other flavor like pork. Maybe I have to buy hopia so I can post the picture here.
