Last night I made a couple of loafs of bread, using an adaptation of this recipe and it's the best bread I've ever made! I adapted it by adding in a tablespoon of caster sugar, then instead of baking on a baking sheet, I spread it out into two buttered loaf tins. I then topped it with sesame oil, salt and pepper.
I highly recommend this recipe, it's amazing! I could happily eat both loaves myself...
