Along with my Thermopop :D I started using my oven to proof dough because the house is either extremely hot or cold. The inside of the oven seems to be less effected by the changes of temperature in the house. And by turning on the oven light and adding boiling water to the oven I’m able to control the temperature and humidity to some degree.
