I am looking for a recipe for Sweet tea Brined Chicken that does not require brining the chicken for 24-48 hours. Unfortunately, I am one of those people who does not decide or even think about what I am going to make for dinner until I get up in the morning. I have been hearing about Sweet Tea Brined Chicken and seeing it on cooking shows a lot lately and I want to try it. I live in the South and this just sounds like another good use for the "Southern House Wine!"
