Hi Doughnutter!!
I recently started making sour cream doughnuts for my company. The first couple weeks I made them, they were a hit! Now they just aren’t the same. Much more cakey, they shrink when fried, some of them build walls and you can barely see the hole. Also, I noticed some of them will turn oval after I cut them. It’s so frustrating! I’m wondering if you have any tips thank you in advance
