Salted Caramel Cookies

Hi everyone, I am curious if anyone has ever baked the salted caramel cookies. I hope this doesn't sound like a silly question, but has anyone figured out how to make the coarse salt stick to the cookies? I made these recently and could not get the salt to stick to the cookies. I even tried to apply the salt immediately after pulling them out of the oven and it still didn't work. Any suggestions?

Oh my goodness these sound amazing. Where did you find the recipe? I have got to try baking these cookies. As far getting the salt to stick maybe if out is on right before the cookies where finished baking while the were still in the oven. I don't know if it will work but it is worth a try.

I haven't made them yet but I do adore them....I'm not sure about the sticking. What have you tried that isn't working?
