Recommended commercial kitchen equipment

hi all, I'm new to the forum and would love your advice on commercial kitchen equipment. I'm looking at renting some space in a culinary incubator but would need to provide my own freezer and possibly my own oven at some point. Any recommendations??

Are you going to be backup for a restaurant?
Are you going to be a caterer?

High volume?
Low volume?
