Recipe for Vegan Victoria Sponge Cake

Hey,
So I brought a large Age 2 cake tin
11 inches wide x 14 inches long and I' looking for a Vegan Victoria sponge recipe to fill it.
Any help greatly appreciated

If you have a recipe in mind but need to scale it up for a bigger tin, that's certainly possible. A similar question was asked recently:

If you scale up a recipe for an 8 inch tin to an 11 inch tin then you need to multiply the ingredients by 1.9

Edit: Just noticed you're using a rectangular tin! Oops. Well at least the calculations are easier. If you have a recipe you want to scale up, let me know and I'll work it out for you.

I haven't made a vegan sponge cake before, for some reason when I make vanilla cake it's always chocolate or some other flavour!
