Quick baking recipes for children?

What are some quick baking recipes for children? I been looking for some recipes to teach my daughter. I'm super nervous about her in the kitchen period. So I'm trying to ease her in because she wants to cook with me more these days.

I add marshmallows and chocolate chips for a s'mores version.
I've thrown in white chips, butterscotch chips, toffee bits, nuts of all type, 1/3 cup of peanut butter, etc, etc...
These are so easy, versatile, pantry friendly and, according to everyone who tries them, "Dangerously delicious."
Not for dieters!
