Puff Pastry sheets shrinking after I take them out of the oven

I recently noticed that my Puff pastry sheets are shrinking alot after I take them out of the oven. Is there anything I can do to stop them shrinking ? the amount they shrunk is almost 2 inches . Its for making Vanilla slice. What I don't understand is that the standard size puff pastry sheets is always 25cm x 25cm . I have not seen any shops in Melbourne that have larger sheets.

Hi there,

its not fully baked, if its baked it would be like a flaky cracker, dry .
Theres no way it can shrink when baked.
