i have a cake recipe that i use for years so i do not suspect any of the ingredients,
i opened my notes to make my cake but this time after the required time (20 min.) it still raw and after 1 hour it raised with excellent shape but the surprise it is just a layer and all inside is raw
i tested my oven temperature and found it is lower by 20 degrees so i made the cake again with higher temperature (200 c) to get the same degree i want (180 c) but i got the same result
does anyone knows what is going on here?
