I know this may seem silly, but whenever I bake pita bread, I never know when it is ready. I always know when other kinds of baked goods are ready, because they change color as they finish cooking. However, with pita bread, I find that it does not change color whenever I bake it. How do you know when pita bread is ready to be taken out of the oven? Also, do you have any pita bread recipes you want to share?
