Perfect Fudgy Brownies with Cocoa Powder and Melted Chocolate

I am looking for a brownie recipe that isn't cloyingly sweet that has a good chocolate taste.

I'd prefer it to be fudgy and preferably a recipe that calls for both cocoa powder and melted chocolate.

Unfortunately whenever I try to make fudgy brownies they fall apart when I cut them.
