Peach Berry Frozen Dessert

This isn't actually baked, but it involves the kitchen and your mixer, so I thought it would be a nice easy Summer treat to make without heating up the house by using the oven. I have some frozen peach slices, but not cool-whip or other similar product to use, so I won't be making this for a bit, but it sure does look delicious, and sounds great on a hot day.

Haha, your picture cracked me up @ChesterV, because I know if I make this, at least one of my cats will try to eat it. I have a 'problem child' who tries to sit on my chest as I eat, and is very forceful about trying whatever I'm eating.
