One cookie out out of fifteen was weird.

I'm just curious. Baked this recipe for the first time. Tastes great. About three minutes into bake time, I looked through the oven window. One cookie looked different, and remained so to the end. Any idea what the cause was? Odd cookie at top of photo.

Recipe:

Bake at 350°

It's sugar from the bottom of the bowl.

Thanks for the info! I obviously rushed things. There will be a next time to correct this, because the recipe is a keeper.
