Just wanted to say hello and that I'm looking forward to learning new things and possibly contributing to the forums, although I'm an electrician not a baker. Cooking and baking has been a hobby for many years but being single keeps one self from cooking and baking as much as I would like to. I'm not big on eating leftovers, so my neighbors and friends would get meals often.
