My bread is very chewy and it looks weird and hard to eat

I made focaccia (all of my breads have this problem) and it is quite hard to eat.
The tutorial I followed was:

I am using Maida as my flour

I am using Maida as my flourView attachment 4068

maida flour is Equivalent to American cake flour, so it is The wrong flour to use for breads and focaccia. You need to use an America unbleached all purpose or bread flour, or a European strong flour.
