I hope everyone is having and has a merry Christmas!
I had to work this morning for 2 hours, but I didn't mind because I work in home health care and currently take care of a quadriplegic man. So it was a blessing to be able to go and get him up and "spruced up" for the family that will be coming to visit him today.
Because I had to work, I made my meal plan pretty simple. Turkey, dressing, green beans, corn, mashed potatoes and gravy, and dinner rolls. For dessert I just made coconut crème pie, a store-bought cake, and a store-bought cheesecake.
I will be interested to hear if anyone has any holiday cooking mishaps!
