Hi everyone, please help. Which brand if mayonnaise is best for banking? I used Nola and it leaves a strange after taste in my mouth yet my cupcakes perfect and fluffy
The ingredients says "52% sunflower oil". This could be the problem. Sometimes processed sunflowers in any form can leave a funky aftertaste if you bake or cook with it.
You might try something made with olive oil or canola oil.
