I've looked at a bunch of recipes online and it seems like the recipes of the cookie part really vary allot. I'm looking to find the perfect hybrid, something soft enough so that it doesn't break your teeth or squish the ice-cream out, hard enough so it doesn't stick to your fingers, and crispy enough so that it doesn't seem soggy. Can anyone give some advice on how I can get there?
