wow thanks! I've tried making this before but my bottom was really dense. Do you know why?

I've never made this, but I would think you let it sit too long in the bowl or pan before baking.
This is one of those recipes that has a lot of air whipped into it. So, if you let it sit around for too long, it will deflate, and when it bakes, one end will come out heavy.

Or you didn't mix it enough to get enough air into it.

He just told you why:

Great find Chester! Thanks a lot for sharing :) This cheesecake sounds great, we have a similar recipe where we come form, but we usually use ricotta cheese instead.
