Not a cake but a great cookie. Amazon sells them but these are better.
I used an almond macaroon for the base instead of a usual dried out spongecake cookie.
warm up some orange filling, I used danish filling but marmelade is ok too, add some orange flavoring oil to perk up the intensity.
Bake the cookies, flip them over and put a blob of filling on the flat side.
When the marmelade cools it will set slightly and you can dip the cookie in tempered couverture.
Don't be concerned if the cookie baked dry and hard, the filling will soften it in a couple of days.
