Its very difficult to bake whilst being peppered by all those questions, I would have asked them to shut up and watch, talk to me later.
The batch of cakes got messed up.
The guy isn't a trained baker but he's giving it a go.
The best path is to work in a good bakery and train under a skilled baker.
They don't need more mixers, just a bigger mixer and start baking at 4am.
