Good Morning,

My name is Steven Boyd. I am a dedicated personal who loves to cook and bake. I research every technique, my office is loaded with books upon books. I am full time the CSM for Doyon NU-VU. We are beyond words one of the top lines of bakery equipment. I get to enjoy playing around with all my units in my test kitchen. I get to figure out new ideas on how to use our equipment. I am like a kid in a candy store. I would love to help anyone that has questions, and I would love to learn more from everyone.

They're not cheap but quality commercial grade equipment never is.
USA made is major props.

I prefer equipment without lcd screens or digital controls, simple knobs outlast fancy readouts. For $7K , I'd want steam capability and dual speed fan, I know theres a huge price increase for a good dual speed motor but it does come in very handy.

the NU VU RM 5T is very similar to a french oven I worked with in 2017, small footprint but just as capable as a blodgett.
