Icebox cookies search for veg powder

Has anyone made these? If so baking tips please. Also I am starting my search for vegetable and fruit powders now.. first locally here in NJ then online. Looking for reasonable priced smaller packages of pumpkin powder, raspberry powder etc

Bought veggie powder on amazon....made them and it was half fun half annoying but we got it done
