I have searched for years to find anyone who has ever heard of this. I had a college roommate who use a pyrex dish to bake what she called Ole Souffle. I know she used eggs and I think some baking mix, green chiles and tore up corn tortillas and put it in a pan and it came out and was sliced in squares and served. It was so hearty and good, but I can't find her or the recipe.
