Hi all! I'm trying to make a rice crispy snack but cant seem to keep it crispy for long!! Does anyone have any ideas how I can do so? Thank you!!!
This is my recipe!
Ingredients:
1. 1 cup of rice puffs (200ml)
2. 3 slices of dried mango
3. 12 cashew nuts
4. 1 table spoon honey
Steps:
1. Pour nuts and rice puffs into heated pan.
2. Add 1 table spoon of honey and ensure the ingredients are well mixed.
3. Remove pan from heat, add in mango slices.
4. Transfer to baking paper.
5. Bake for 3 minutes at 150 degrees.
6. Let it cool before serving.
