1) use a macro counting app that is used for dieting/workouts. They have a function for adding recipes.

or

2) use a nutritional label maker app.

this is from the macro app I use. After you create the recipe, it will save the nutritional information per serving. this is for my homemade granola. Each batch makes ten 2 ounce servings. Input the ingredients and servings; then it will calculate the nutritional information.

To get a nutritional analysis certificate for your homemade cookies in Mumbai, you’ll need to contact a food testing lab. Find a local accredited lab, prepare a sample of your cookies as per their guidelines, and submit it for analysis. The lab will provide you with a report detailing the nutritional values. If you plan to sell your cookies, check with local food safety authorities for any additional regulations you might need to follow.

To get a certificate for the nutritional value of your homemade cookies, start by analyzing your recipe using nutritional analysis software or online calculators for a basic breakdown of nutrients. Consulting with a registered dietitian can ensure accuracy in your assessment. For a more precise measurement, consider sending a cookie sample to a food lab for detailed analysis. Look for organizations that offer certification for food products, as some may require lab testing while others have simpler methods for home-based items. Once you have the analysis, you can create a compliant label for your cookies. If you need help finding resources, feel free to ask!
