When you move from general chemistry and biology into more advanced levels things get very complex. Sugars are not all the same—even when they have the same exact molecules, life fructose and glucose, they will have a completely different composition in their structure. And those differences make a huge difference in how the body uses them. Science doesn’t generalize. If there is no area that you cannot google and talk about, it is science.
