Now that the weather has turned unseasonably cool, we've been doing some baking we thought would have to wait until fall. Among the experiments, we've been trying to find a great recipe for honey cookies, that really lets the honey flavor come through. It seems to me the honey flavor really gets drowned out by flour and other dry ingredients. I've been thinking maybe we need to try making something with crystalized honey. Does anyone here have a great honey cookie recipe?
