Homemade recipes for hoagie sandwich bread??

We tend to do lots of sandwiches for dinner lately because its been so hot and don't dare turn the oven on. We are getting tired of regular sliced bread, and want to eat them on hoagie buns.. Anyone know how to make those?! Please and thank you!

Well I cannot say that I really have any recipes or anything, but I will say that when it comes to sandwiches, it is all about the bread for me. I am pretty picky when it comes to sandwich meat, or non-meat substitute depending on the day, but if the bread is right then it makes things a lot easier. I hope you find a good one.

I made some dinner rolls the other day and it looked something like them just another shape. The hoagies I buy sometimes are nice and soft. This one I shared looks a little tough and so were my dinner rolls.
