Hi all; My name is Jennifer. I'm new to the forum...I've been baking as a side business for y...ears but since I've been laid off from my job; it's picked up now that I can devote more time. I'm looking for another stand mixer. I have the Pro 600 series but think I want something on a commercial scale. Any thoughts on some of the good ones out now? I'm thinking going 8qts or above although I have a 6qt and 8qt may not be a big enough difference...Thoughts please and Thanks Happy to be hear!
