Yes, I am an ex-baker, and I've posted a lot of info on this site. If you search my name on the site you should be able to find all the posts I have placed on here.

Ok. Thnx. I was just wondering wat u did wit ur baking equipments and tools. Did u give them out? Or u kept them? Hw long hv u bin a baker? I'm sort of new to baking and I'm surprised dat sme1 is already an ex-baker. I'd really like us to be friends I'm going 2 need tips and advice and help
