I am an older man that resides in Central Teas. I have only succeeded in baking bread in my bread machine, I haven't tried any complicated items because I do not have training or talent. I do get a passable loaf out of the machine but with only 7 ingredients it's hard to goof it up. I am hoping to glean enough information to improve the machine bread and maybe try something more challenging.
