Please, I need help.
I have been wondering what I'm not getting right. Each time I bake bread, it always turns
out good as it's hot....after a couple if hour...like 1-3, it turns out to be hard.

Please house I really want to know what exactly I'm not getting right, thanks.

Need more info. What type of bread? What is hard, the crust, crumb or both? If I had to guess you're either kneading too much or two little and not getting the gluten matrix correct. Its saft and warm when hot and tough and too dense after it cools off.
