hi everyone, glad to have found an entire forum dedicated to baking. About me, I'm originally from San Francisco. Grew up in the Bay Area and for the past two years I found myself in Arkansas caring for my mom. She passed last November and she's the one who taught me to bake. I love to cook in general, but my favorite thing to make is anything sweet. I've recently returned to California and have decided to start a cookie biz. The only problem is that while I'm proficient in Choco Chip, Pbutter, and Oatmeal cookies...I'm only starting to master the art of Sugar. Anyway looking forward to diving in.
