Have you ever baked with persimmons?

co worker gave me some, never baked with them, any ideas?

Wow, I love em fresh. Bet you could make some jam or jelly with them, but I am not sure of any specific recipes that you could bake them in. Hang on, this forum has a lot of ideas so I am sure someone will have an answer for you.

My co worker brought in persimmon chips the other day - dehydrated. Wonder if I could do a jelly or jam, hmmm.. will have to research.
