Probably my most favorite cookie ever........
1 pkg. Ghiradelli Chocolate Fudge Brownie Mix
(any choco fudge mix, but I like the real dark ones)
1 cup chocolate fudge chips (if the brownie mix doesn't have them)
1/2 cup butterscotch chips
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
Mix brownie mix as it says on box. Fold in all other ingredients.
Place into 350 degree oven for about 5-10 minutes, depending on your oven and how you like your cookies.
For gooey cookies, bake about 5-7 minutes, depending on oven.
For drier, or crunchy cookies, bake about 7-10 minutes, depending on oven.
**Depending on oven** means that there are all sorts of oven types, and some bake faster than others, so you have to watch these while baking. It also depends on how big, small, thick, or thin you are making these cookies.
Typically, I use either a muffin tin or formed cookie sheet that has cookie indentions on it, so the cookie stays put in its own place. For the muffin tins, I put enough batter in there to bake a nice sized cookie in the bottom of the cup.
I like big cookies, and I like them a bit hard and crunchy, so I bake mine around 7-10 minutes. Though, if you seem to have to bake more than 10 minutes, I would just turn the oven off, and let bake a couple minutes longer after the heat has been turned off. Hopefully that way, you can avoid burning.
