I made this recipe for Epiphany this year. It was my first time using phyllo dough, and, I was pretty pleased with how it turned out. I will probably make it again next year, but I might also make a variation over the holidays, since it was so delicious. The texture reminded me somewhat of the Ricotta Pies that my Mom used to make.
