Favorite Substitutions?

I was curious to know what are some ingredients that you have added to cookies that weren't called for in the recipe? Maybe even something unconventional and unusual. A while back I actually added some banana to chocolate chip cookies just to see how it would come out and it tasted so good! I need to make those again.

That's interesting; about how much banana did you add? I'd like to try that once the weather cools off.
