I bought some 2 inch egg molds, theyre silicone, plastic molds are 4 times the price, so silicone it is.

I live in a rural area, farmers, Amish and small town people, but to my surprise the kids know all about dubai viral choc bar with pistacio filling.
Thats tik toc.

So , I'm sure they all know about turkish delight, thanks to the Narnia movie.
The odds they've tried it is slim to non.

It took me 4 batches to zero in on a quick setting formula but I think I've got it now.
Time will tell if it weeps moiosture or not, hence I made this early batch.
I pour the cooked batch into the egg mold, it pops out easily when cold, then I mold a choc shell and place the molded puck in , cover with a bit of rasp ganache and seal the bottom with choc.

I also made 1 with dragons beard floss, its interesting stuff.
The small peice in the background is filled with pink dragon beard.
The turkish delight is flavored with rasp and 3 drops of rose water.
